Leggings are one of the most comfortable, if not the most comfortable, types of bottoms for me. The fact that I can wear them without feeling too cramped up or too tight on my thighs is a testament to how much I lover wearing them. In the past, I wasn’t a big fan of the leggings because they weren’t made too comfortable. Some leggings stretch too much that you end up wearing a size bigger than what you really intended, while some others stretch too little that you end up ripping them in places where you don’t want to. Simply put, wearing leggings casually wasn’t too mainstream decades ago, and they were usually worn only for athletic activities. Nowadays though, with more and more people shifting to the thought “comfort should go along with style”, leggings are starting to become more and more accepted in mainstream casual fashion.
On thing I like about wearing leggings is that they help me move around easily and quickly. Especially during Summer when the weather can be quite hot and humid, wearing leggings help me regulate my body’s temperature. But when the biting Winter cold starts to creep in, that is when I feel like I am incapable of wearing my thin leggings. When this happens, I turn back to my old and reliable denims or wool pants, but I don’t like their lack of stretch-ability for that matter.
